Yes it begins!!!!  First let me say welcome to my blog!!!!  My thought is to have this blog be about all of my real estate endeavours through documentation (Videos and words).  I want it to be a place fro the following types of people:

• The person looking to get into investing into Real Estate
• The novice investor looking for some information (from what has happened to me)
• Just a curious follower of what we investors go through (Its not all fun and games!! and yes you do have to work)

 I plan on documenting all of my real estate transactions from property acquisition to the end sale so that you can fully understand what it takes to make a deal happen or maybe critique me on what I did wrong
