There is an old adage that rings true as much today as ever.  To be successful at something you need to learn and surround yourself with successful individuals who have achieved what you desire.  I strongly believe and follow this statement in all the business activities that I do. 

I also believe in the abundance mentality, simply put it is the belief that there is enough to go around for everyone and that is certainly true about the real estate market
