We are closed!!!!!! Its payday!!!!! I am not sure if you had followed along on our most recent project that we completed and received an over asking price offer on but IT CLOSED TODAY!!!!! So start to finish (payday) on this home was March 5^th to April 28^th. The closing went pretty smooth other than the fact that the homeowners association can not locate the funds from the check that they cashed after our original closing 2 months ago with the bank. Go figure… typical homeowners association. So because of that we had to close with $1,500 in escrow but no worries because I now have in my possession the original dues check cashed by the homeowners association.

Got a call from Karen our outstanding Realtor on Tuesday 3/31. Her exact words were “I need you to get more homes on the market because this one is getting a full price conventional offer today!!!!!!!” WOW 3 days on market – who said no one is buying. I will keep you posted
